You can even play the video for your students and have them explain which parts of the myths are true and false, or use it for morning announcements, an assembly challenge, or a starting point for a research project!

No More Myth! is short play that follows three students as they unlearn the myths about the Civil Rights Movement, Jackie Robinson, and Garret Morgan, a notable inventor. Through the guidance of one student’s mother and grandmother, students gain a deeper understanding of Black history and learn about lesser-known Black history heroes such as Ida B. Wells and Moses Walker.
